Warren McCann

Warren is a Funding Director/Corporate Counsel with responsibilities across LFG's entire investment portfolio. He focuses his efforts now on originating new business with law firms and companies in the United States.

Warren partners with leading AmLaw firms, litigation boutiques, and market-leading Private Equity/Venture firms to leverage existing and future legal assets through tailored capital investment and insurance products. He joined LFG in 2017 as a member of the firm’s underwriting group and has extensive experience in the underwriting, diligence, structuring, and documentation of LFG’s investments.

Before joining LFG, Warren worked in the Napa City Attorney’s Office, engaged in litigation and policy work.
